Registers and regulates charities and promotes proper charity governance within the United Hampshire settlement.

The Charity Commission is the independent regulator of charities within its statutory remit. It maintains the charity register, issues regulatory guidance, monitors compliance and may use protective or enforcement powers where the law permits.

Charitable status, trustee authority and regulatory decisions depend on the governing law and controlled Commission records. A Discord role, Roblox group or informal community description does not by itself create charitable status.
